What I love about DISQO is that I work in a transparent environment where I have enough trust to take initiatives and work independently with ownership. At the same time, due-to cross-functional team structures, I have full support from the management and from other teams when needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company in general itself

We're very people-oriented and everyone stands out on his/her way and at the same time, everyone is connected with DISQO vibe which we express either with music or with sports. There is this funky vibe in our culture and most importantly, everybody is involved in it including the management.

People are always celebrating each other in the #Shoutouts channel on Slack or giving each other high-fives on 15Fives. It's nice.
