What do you like best about the leadership team?
Louis Ziskin does what he says he is going to do. It is a pleasant change from past CEOs in the tech space. He is definitely unorthodox and he is incredibly honest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity incentive package, DropIn does not pay any market rate salaries, everyone is on equity incentive and I love that I am working on a team that has the same incentive to get things done today instead of tomorrow. There is no conflict of interest and Louis himself does not take any compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is on the same and a believer in the vision and roadmap. This is specifically because we are all on a generous equity incentive plan and most of us have been here since the beginning. The only people no longer here are nonperforming executives who quit when they could not meet their hurdles
