What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are mainly approachable and easy to talk to. There is a variety of males and females so that makes it nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone wants what is best for the end goal. Successful company and year so our bonuses are bigger at the end - therefore people work together to make this happen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do things to make us know we are valued which is nice - events for the admin staff, volunteer day, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told flat out by the HR rep when I was hired that they were underpaying me, but it was the position they had available. I took it knowing that and hoping the raises would be worthwhile.
