Awful. Worst job ever. Would not recommend unless you like working nonstop for your full shift.Feel like I will loose my mind by the tome I punch out.

Decide on protocol and stick with it.

Nice friendly staff and breaks.Seriously.

Communication os poor. Too many changes in protocol daily.

Friendly people and clean building.

Better pay, better benefits, decent 401 K and not bring time on every move we make.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too hectic. Medicine should not be run like an assembly line this leads to delay and poor patient satisfaction as well as higher potential for error.
