What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so very kind

They keep in touch with emails but the protocols are overwhelming.

Everything, they need new managers.
Paying attention to their employees and treating them like people. Turnover rate is so high and they refuse to change anything.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are the best.
Benefits are fair in my opinion but lowest among other Healthcare employers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Transparency in accounting. True leadership. Not like Putin.
Start paying overtime fairly. If i work 48 hours one week but 35 the next, in one pay period i would only be paid 3 hours of overtime.

recruiters don't respond to emails about transferring departments.

We laugh at the same things
Communication is pretty good other than that nothing.
They all want to help the patients and we work as a team when needed

What did you like most about the interview process?
They really make sure you know what you are doing.
interview process and hiring took about 4 weeks.
It was in person rather than virtual.
several years ago the interview process was great. Since it has declined dramatically. As a result, the quality of employees has declined making for a toxic work environment

Too hectic. Medicine should not be run like an assembly line this leads to delay and poor patient satisfaction as well as higher potential for error.
