Difficult ti find a managers that cares for their employees. Supervisors will step all over employees as well. Often condescending toward and making employees do jobs they were not hired for without adequate compensation.

Stop being passive aggressive toward your employees.

They all want to help the patients and we work as a team when needed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying attention to their employees and treating them like people. Turnover rate is so high and they refuse to change anything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Start paying overtime fairly. If i work 48 hours one week but 35 the next, in one pay period i would only be paid 3 hours of overtime.
