Everything, they need new managers.
Paying attention to their employees and treating them like people. Turnover rate is so high and they refuse to change anything.

Leadership could communicate more effectively with employees. They could act as a more cohesive unit and praise workers for a job well done. They could also focus on solving problems instead of adding to them.

DuPage Medical Group as a whole, lacks cohesion amongst all departments. The medical group lacks leadership which is imperative in a Healthcare environment. Employees are overworked and left out on important executive decisions which leaves lisenced Healthcare providers in a vulnerable state.
