What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance program was good but as of October 1, they changed them and they are much worse then they used to be.
Their compensation is adequate and their benefits are as well.

My Scrum Team works fairly well with each other, except for our business analysts who need recurring training.

Change out all of the project management and replace them.
