I love how I can be completely open with my thoughts. Leadership is extremely helpful and quick to any concerns I may have. The communication is solid!

When anyone is down, the entire team picks that individual back up. The positive energy on this team is contagious in a great way. This team is AWESOME!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of Elementum is very positive in general. It's hard to beat when you can say "If I had a question, concern or just want to chat, that I can contact the CEO and have those conversations." That's with all leadership all the way to the top.
