Communication, the leadership team from the executives down to my manager always communicate and explain where we are as a company and where we are going.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have good relationships between all of us which allow us to coordinate our week to week plans efficiently and always have some fun whenever we have a meeting!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone acts and treats others like the really care for one another and their careers. Seems I can reach out to anyone at the company and not only get help but learn something too.
