What does the leadership team need to get better at?
working on horrific working conditions, systematic mismanagement, their lack of caring about the safety of employees or children, and their general disregard for compliance with regulation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management does not care at all. All upper leadership cares about is money. They offer no support or general help much less can never seem to follow through on the supposed raise they occasionally mention. Following through on the mentioned raise and maybe a bonus or better insurance coverage.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
EVERYTHING HERE STARTING WITH LEADERSHIP UPPER MANAGEMENT.
