Overall experience at work has been positive

What can this brand most improve?

Consistency among tech talent, takes multiple techs multiple trips and days/weeks to solve what should have been figured out the first time. Leads to excessive costs. There is a talent void these days, but send the best to your most loyal customers

I work at Dallas Mechanical Group in Dallas Texas. We have no HR representative. I truly believe this is the biggest problem at the company because workers have no one to speak to about confidential or sensitive information. There is no option to speak about bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
