What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no actual product. Essentially, this company is a consulting service to be staffed with larger contracts to help give extra workers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need more staff to spread the work, need accountability with managers and executives, and need more transparency.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of extra assignments completed outside of job tasks makes this place incredibly ridiculous especially when management does not even realize the amount of extra work are given to an already low employed company.
