FlipKeyEvergreen Lodge, an historic Yosemite hotel nestled in the woods bordering Yosemite National Park.
The diversity of the staff. They'll hire literally anyone and give them a chance to prove themselves.
A few really good people that work there. Espresso available at the store.
It was very casual and comfortable.
Paying their employees living wage and don't work their good employees to death. More even distribution of workloads.
Good employees are overworked and underappreciated, bad employees get to slack off but make the same pay. No empathy for sick or injured employees. Impossible to get time off for family events or doctors appointments. Not enough paid time off. Nepotism. Employees concerns not taken seriously.
Attitudes need improvement, but are discouraged by poor work environment/management. Most problems that could be resolved in order to improve work environment are not addressed by management in a supportive manner. Management expects staff to pretend there are no problems=endless frustration.

Tell Evergreen Lodge you're interested in working at the company, while keeping your personal identity anonymous. Comparably will give Evergreen Lodge the opportunity to hire you. When there's a job opening that's a fit we'll make the match happen.
