Been with Exabeam for 3 years. From reviews, I gather a few people in other departments are not happy, I am in CS and I would recommend this company to anyone. Great work culture, generous compensation. The divisional leaders are great to work with and quite empowering. Only negative, no 401k match

Great team work, with leaders who are willing to assist at short notice
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Allow for flexible work times, and are quick to assist where needed. Provide necessary tools and support for any challenging projects
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are lots of internal cultural groups that are quite empowering. For example, I am a member of the Neuro-diversity Group and I can say this group has enlightened me and improved my life in ways I cannot state here. The knowledge sharing and engagements with professionals is priceless
