There are lots of internal cultural groups that are quite empowering. For example, I am a member of the Neuro-diversity Group and I can say this group has enlightened me and improved my life in ways I cannot state here. The knowledge sharing and engagements with professionals is priceless
I think everyone knows how to give good criticism and that goes a long way. We work as a team. Getting the job done is our biggest priority.

I love how open and collaborative we are. Engineers are extremely good at what they do and will always help each other succeed.
Knowing when to slow down and improve quality over new features as well as knowing how to strike a balance between them will always be a challenge -- especially at a fast growing startup like this. As long as we still enable ourselves to execute fast and well, we will succeed.
