What do you like best about the leadership team?
Allow for flexible work times, and are quick to assist where needed. Provide necessary tools and support for any challenging projects
How well aligned and communicative they are - they all sincerely like and respect each other
My boss is so understanding and hates when I work late lol she's also really good at giving constructive criticism.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual salary plus the bonus. Medical and Dental , Group Life
It's complete and well rounded
I think the stock options are really great!
Employee stock options is pretty good

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are lots of internal cultural groups that are quite empowering. For example, I am a member of the Neuro-diversity Group and I can say this group has enlightened me and improved my life in ways I cannot state here. The knowledge sharing and engagements with professionals is priceless
I think everyone knows how to give good criticism and that goes a long way. We work as a team. Getting the job done is our biggest priority.

Better communication, workflow, understanding team requirements
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone that interviewed me asked really good questions about me as a person and they weren't super technical.
There is a panel interview where most of the people trip
Interview process has been honest and engaging. Recruitment team followed promptly.
That they wanted to know more than just the technical side of me. They wanted to know me and my interests and how I would grow with them
They take the time to allow you to talk to a good cross section of people.

What do you like best about your company?
I love how open and collaborative we are. Engineers are extremely good at what they do and will always help each other succeed.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Knowing when to slow down and improve quality over new features as well as knowing how to strike a balance between them will always be a challenge -- especially at a fast growing startup like this. As long as we still enable ourselves to execute fast and well, we will succeed.
