I've been here more than three years, from when the company was 70 employees, to over 300. The biggest thing I can say about my experience was that it very positive and helped me grow into a much better engineer and person.

The people, the product, and the interesting challenges of the work
What do you like best about your company?
I love how open and collaborative we are. Engineers are extremely good at what they do and will always help each other succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I can comfortably speak with any person within the company. There is no ego and everyone is willing to make sure we succeed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That they wanted to know more than just the technical side of me. They wanted to know me and my interests and how I would grow with them
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Knowing when to slow down and improve quality over new features as well as knowing how to strike a balance between them will always be a challenge -- especially at a fast growing startup like this. As long as we still enable ourselves to execute fast and well, we will succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always listen to us, and spend the time to make sure our voices are heard. I love that they are smart and know how to move through the market, as well as know almost every bit of the company -- from accounting knowledge, to CS knowledge, to engineering knowledge. It's awesome!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The biggest thing I love about my team is that we care. Not just care about being there for the money, but care about the product. My team cares about the development and improvement of others. My team would drop everything to make sure members of our team or other teams can succeed.
