What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think everyone knows how to give good criticism and that goes a long way. We work as a team. Getting the job done is our biggest priority.

CommUNITY and ExaGals get things done!

everyone is working hard but still not burned out

People support each other, No ego and try doing the right thing.

That I can comfortably speak with any person within the company. There is no ego and everyone is willing to make sure we succeed.

Its busy but we still take time to have fun

I can express concerns to anyone in management and I am not belittled or made to feel like my input doesn't matter. They actually WANT the feedback.

There are lots of internal cultural groups that are quite empowering. For example, I am a member of the Neuro-diversity Group and I can say this group has enlightened me and improved my life in ways I cannot state here. The knowledge sharing and engagements with professionals is priceless
