What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? There are lots of internal cultural groups that are quite empowering. For example, I am a member of the Neuro-diversity Group and I can say this group has enlightened me and improved my life in ways I cannot state here. The knowledge sharing and engagements with professionals is priceless
