What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team lacks clear direction and strategy. There's the strategy that's written down and then the disorganization that happens putting out fires and being reactive that actually is how things are run.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation and benefits are skewed, high for executives and the senior leadership team with everyone else having to leave the pay area to make a living wage or stay and scrape by.
