Fidelis is fully disorganized and has low quality services. This company needs a complete positive transformation in order for it to get better.

If you do your job, stay away from drama it's fine. If you're lazy you won't be here long. Pay ok, not great but ok. 56 hrs sick days , vacation time good. Lots of room to grow. Ability to learn endless information with company learning courses.

no services, only round arounds, if you are dead - they would be happy , pretty much as any other providers
