When I worked there it was horrible and don't let a person close to you pass on. You can explain to them that you want more responsibilites and a better paying position... They will lie to you and overwork you without even saying a thank you for all that you do. They just burn you out

Make it less detail intensive. 7 years of previous employment is a lot to keep track of, unless you have goals for long term employment.

Needs to start over beginning with management and higher ups first

The training needs to be more of a focal point. If there are uncontrollable issues within a training session, it should be extended to accommodate those problems.
