Direct supervisor is wonderful and quick to respond with questions and issues. Other managers and sups need to take notes to be more proactive and readily abailable

Fidelis is fully disorganized and has low quality services. This company needs a complete positive transformation in order for it to get better.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

If you do your job, stay away from drama it's fine. If you're lazy you won't be here long. Pay ok, not great but ok. 56 hrs sick days , vacation time good. Lots of room to grow. Ability to learn endless information with company learning courses.
