Mr. Frank Matasavage has been the Controller of Flexshopper, Inc. since January 2014 and served as its Chief Financial Officer until December 1, 2015. Mr. Matasavage has 30 years??? experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Controller in a variety of public and non-public corporations. He worked at FriendFinder Networks Inc. from 2004 to 2013. He is financial and business expertise as a Certified Public Accountant. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross.

Mr. Justin Metzl has been Vice President of eCommerce at Flexshopper, Inc., since July 2013. Mr. Metzl leads overall eCommerce strategy including marketing, user experience, product management, web analytics, search engine marketing, e-mail marketing, mobile and social media. He has over 12 years of web & eCommerce experience in B2C & B2B to drive revenue, improve conversion and satisfy the overall customer experience. Prior to joining FlexShopper, he served as Director of User Experience I eCommerce for 5 years at TigerDirect.com (Ranked Internet Retailer Top-25 largest eCommerce sites). He managed, defined and designed the online user experience, eCommerce strategy, alb/multivariate testing strategy, personalization and product recommendations, mobile strategy and socialmedia initiatives. Before TigerDirect, he served as Director of eCommerce for 7 years at Alienware (Dell Subsidiary). Mr. Metzl attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and majored in Management Science and Information Technology.

Mr. Harold Russell Heiser, Jr., also known as Russ, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Flexshopper, Inc., since December 01, 2015. From July 2015 to December 2015, Mr. Heiser served as a consultant to the Company. From 2008 to 2015, Mr. Heiser served as an advisor to family offices in South Florida. In this role, Mr. Heiser focused on venture capital and private equity investments and was responsible for sourcing, financial analysis, transaction execution and management of portfolio companies across a variety of sectors. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Heiser was an Executive Director in the Investment Banking Division at UBS in New York and from 2001 to 2004, was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Bear, Stearns & Co. in New York. Mr. Heiser received his BS in Accounting from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Over the course of his career, Mr. Heiser has earned both CPA and CFA designations.

Mr. Ravi Radhakrishnan has been Chief Risk Officer at Flexshopper, Inc. since March 8, 2016. Mr. Radhakrishnan leads efforts in continued optimization of lease portfolio performance at Flexshopper, which ultimately enhances profitability. Mr. Radhakrishnan was Head of Underwriting Valuations and Senior Vice President of Consumer Card Services at Bank of America, where he managed various facets of decisioning, risk strategy and underwriting across a $90B credit card asset portfolio.

Lance Taylor serves as the Vice President of FlexShopper. Lance started at FlexShopper in May of 2018. Lance currently resides in the San Antonio, Texas Area.

H Heiser serves as the Chief Financial Officer of FlexShopper. H started at FlexShopper in Dec of 2015. H currently resides in the West Palm Beach, Florida Area.

Kaimi Jones serves as the Chief Compliance Counsel of FlexShopper. Kaimi started at FlexShopper in August of 2016. Kaimi currently resides in the West Palm Beach, Florida Area.
