meeting the team and seeing the culture. There is a vibe here

I like how we now have 401k, would like some sort of matching!

I think they value everybody here. Open to talk and open to new suggestions

everybody is supportive. Everybody truly cares about each other and we all want all to succeed!
What makes you most happy at work?
making money and helping a perceived 'dangerous' industry become legitimized for the people who need it.
