We have a very strong culture and team. Everyone from the top to the bottom puts in maximum effort. The CEO is positive and brings good energy!
The CEO fired the head of engineering on a whim. It's placed undue stress upon the team and culture. Devs are worried they can't speak up for fear of punishment.
