What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide a clear direction for the company, and are open to new ideas.
Our leadership team is humble and hardworking. We are all aligned to the same goal.
The leadership team understands how to take care of engineers. Flexible scheduling policies and absesnce of micromanagement are 2 big pieces of that. It shows, in that the engineering team is the best I've ever been on. In addition, leadership has done a great job guiding through this growth phase.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not a great comp plan and accelerators are unrealistic
I like how we now have 401k, would like some sort of matching!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very very smart people, highly self motivated and easy going attitudes.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People want to help each other, good team unity, sharing the workload on fun and not so fun tasks. A pretty large range of ages working together but still cohesive culturally.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The technical questions were easy to understand yet relevant to determining skill, and fun to work through in a collaborative, conversational structure. The culture interview was also fun, chatting about different things, and was given as much importance as the technical part.

What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work with amazing people everyday!
Working in a new and growing industry is exciting and gives us the chance to make decisions that will affect the development of the company. We are given lots of freedom and are expected to perform at a high caliber. Additionally it's great to work with these wonderful team mates.
