Overall very positive. This company exists in a weird space, in that we're building sophisticated technology for an unsophisticated market because of legal requirements. That means there's a lot of educating customers and teaching them things that other industries consider par for the course.

There's a lot of mutual respect, the "we're all in this together" mindset makes coming to work every day a lot easier.

Flowhub leadership tries to solve problems with you as opposed to making decisions in a vacuum which is a nice change of pace from most workplaces.

Our culture values experiences and team-building over ping pong and Rockies games. I can't stress enough how influential that is compared to other companies that throw money instead of solutions at culture problems.

These are some of the smartest and most dedicated people I've ever worked with. We're solving real problems for a new industry and it's nice having people that care in the trenches with you.
