What did you like most about the interview process?
They muscle test everything about you in secret and hire you based on some rating that nobody has access to so the interview really doesn't matter. It's just a call about what the angels have discovered about you.
What makes you most happy at work?
Observing the trainwreck up close and personal.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Toxic positivity, abusive environment that preys on anyone weak-minded enough to believe that the owner is channeling angels. They gaslight you with messages from "the angels" in order to get projects done, but don't allow experienced contributors to contribute.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Critical thinking skills are not being used in this environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You won't be valued at FLFE unless you're a man and you believe in the channeled guidance that the owners claim to "channel" - yes they channel angels for business decisions, which are most often entirely uninformed. The business angel "Andy" is basically just the owner with a fake voice.
