I used to enjoy work as we did have a mngr who really tried to make changes and would listen to us and try to help us.

HR needs to be onsite Managers and Leads need to get trained.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We worked during Covid never got a bonus or raise. McDonald employees get paid more we get $15/hr
