What are some of the best things about your team?
I would hardly call my coworkers a team as there is no leadership or culture, but I do have co-workers. and the are mostly pleasent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Im not bitter or a disgruntled employee, Im just saying it like it is, there is no culture in my department, unless being belittled, unapprecated and over worked is a culture then we have plenty.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Care about the people who arent the face of the hospital. Nurses, Doctors & front end staff are apprecated where as back end nearly invisible staff are forgotten. They say what they need to say to appear like they care & are good employer when in reality its all empty words, worst culture possible
