It's the longest i've worked for, and the covid-time was not trivial in the money-lending business. but the people are great and we adjust to the market needs, and it's great.

mission-oriented, honest and clear, but not forgetting to enjoy while working

They are transparent and mission-oriented, but without forgetting that employees are the most important asset
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. But also the technical tasks, and knowing that we do help small businesses.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was ages ago, but from the other side of the interviewer - we care about people's time, and look for nice people with good chemistry
What are some of the best things about your team?
A bunch of great people who enjoy interacting and working together (also outside of work). We all believe we can be honest and debate, and the communication is great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe in salaries, the rest are so fuzzy you can't optimize for. But, a very nice RSU package has been introduced to remove the (not cheap) exercise-price that we've had before
