How do you feel about going to work at Fundbox everyday?
Sales leadership has not been figured out. Temporary state.
I hate it. No culture and no cross integration.

What should I wear for an interview at Fundbox?
Sf formal.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Fundbox?
Worst sales experience. No training. Management all came from the same company together. They were one of the lowest producers at demand force. Came to Fundbox and are reading books to become managers. No experience. The company (sale side) won’t excel if given these as the leaders.
How long do the interviews usually take at Fundbox?
Interviews take between 30 minutes to 45 minutes per interviewer. You may be interviewed by several people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at Fundbox?
The culture here is really great, but I think people could do a better job of socializing while in the office.

Is anyone having issues with Fundbox Sync? We have used it for years but are about to give it up because of sync issues. It used to take under 5 minutes to make a LOC draw, now over 1-2 hrs after we get ahold of tech support.
