What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people I work with and I am incredibly grateful for my amazing manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like how accessible our leadership team is. Even though I am at a coordinator level, I would never feel uncomfortable reaching out to any member of the leadership team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At Galileo, we work hard, we play hard and we support one another. We try to keep things light and goofy but still efficient. We try to find balance even when our workloads are exceptionally heavy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how open my team is with one another and how we are committed to supporting one another. I work with people who are my colleagues and my friends. They truly care about my well being and I care about theirs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really liked meeting the new people at my company. I transitioned from being a seasonal member of the Galileo team to being full time and I felt like the people interviewing me already included me in the overall culture of Galileo.
