What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Horrible leadership. We were all let go the day off and wasn’t given prior notice. We were lied to and was told our jobs were secured. Our boss gossiped about us and is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were always given different amounts for every policy we opened and was given temporary raises then they would drop it back down. Our manager also was wrongfully changing our amount of hours worked.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers were great. The higher ups weren’t.
