Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't pay enough to work there and they're always rude and disrespectful the place is always a mess I know it's up to us employees to also help but the managers need to do more as well
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
All they do is yell at us instead of telling us how to fix the problem
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I just want everything about the job to be horrible managers are horrible the customers are horrible and what's the point in coming to work if you can't enjoy what you do
