I've had a very positive experience so far. I truly like the people I work with and believe that we are passionate about what we do. I also believe there are plenty of opportunities for me to learn and grow with the company, and I hope I can continue to do so getting exposure to new challenges.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have smart, proactive and very capable individuals who are committed to making Globality a success, while also being great to work with and always willing to support each other even when we are all swamped!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think we have very capable people that I can trust will do a great job and care about achieving great results, but we also genuinely care bout each other and having a positive and supportive work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have consistently communicated their support the employees in the organization, especially through these exceptional times. I also think that they have done a great job at recruiting great people, not only very capable professionals but also great individuals to work with
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a good medical and dental package, and I am very glad that we now have maternity/paternity cover, although there is not much visibility of it. The main thing we need to improve is the number of holidays, which is not competitive, especially in Europe.
What makes you most happy at work?
I generally enjoy my work and the people that I work with. I find our challenges fascinating and care about improving every day. However, lately we have a lot of very manual and time intensive work and not enough junior people to help, so many of us spend too much time on non- challenging tasks.
