In the two months I have been with the company, I've had an overall positive experience at Globality. Everyone is very welcoming and willing to help out in any way they can. The work is stimulating and challenging, and there is always the opportunity to come up with creative solutions to problems.

People should assume positive intent from everyone at Globality, and not take things personal when "sub-optimal" things are being mentioned about something/processes/etc. Also think we should make it more transparent who does what.

I generally enjoy my work and the people that I work with. I find our challenges fascinating and care about improving every day. However, lately we have a lot of very manual and time intensive work and not enough junior people to help, so many of us spend too much time on non- challenging tasks.
