Working in manufacturing is extremely TOXIC! Treated as if in a prison camp. NONE of management is nice, respectful or treat people fair at all. There are a different set of rules from one shift to the next. They cater to the tattle tales. You're only as good as your last mistake always! I can go on

Your made promises when you start and they never followed through with it.

Most of them will throw you under the bus to get on the good side of management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat your employees with Fairness and Respect. There is No advancement because of no recognition when you go above and beyond. When you try, they block you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Change how the management treats manufacturing employees before their reputation gets even worse and no one wants to work there or you'll end up having to pay an excessive salary for workers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They are growing so fast. This should be a company that everybody is trying to get into but it's the opposite! They claim they can't find people to fill open positions but yet they treat you so poorly while you're there that people end up leaving or just keep such a poor attitude and work ethic.
