What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at GoKart Labs isn't afraid to make difficult decisions. They are continually looking to improve (vs relying on past accomplishments) and have an unusual amount of trust with each other and the employees. What's more, they are transparent with all employees - no secrets.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When the company succeeds, we all succeed - a generous profit sharing plan is in place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have fun together AND we work hard - putting customers (not necessarily OUR clients) first in true human-centered design fashion. I learn something from them nearly every day.
