I love how every day is different. Every client is different. I genuinely care about my clients and their success. I'm also not sitting and doing the same thing each day over and over again.

My team works so well together. We collaborate, share ideas, and the synergy between us is impressive, to say the least. I'm excited to wake up and go to work each day, knowing I have my team to rely on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is the first time I've ever had C-Suite people know my name, but more than that, they're invested in me as both an employee and a person. This is the first time that career development has been prioritized. There's no one BEST thing--it's all the best. The transparency, honesty, etc.
