GR0 has given me the opportunity to expand my SEO knowledge and learn new tactics, tools, and areas I haven't been able to before. While very fast-paced, we have the folks and the tools to be successful and get results for our clients.

The camaraderie is great! We are all here to support each other, teach each other new things, and be there as coworkers and friends.

Their people first mentality (and actually meaning it and living it). Specifically, Kevin and Jon's willingness and desire to interact with their people on an individual level.

The people! There is amazing support between colleagues here for everyone to win, no one is trying to "get ahead" of each other. When we all succeed, GR0 succeds.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency with middle management and those employees wth their boots on the ground as appropriate. It's the most transparency I have seen in all the companies I have worked for.

They are involved with and listen to those of us on the ground doing the "in the weeds work" and strive to make changes that will positively impact as many of us as possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
On a serious note, getting to support my team members and make their jobs more enjoyable and balanced. On a fun note, getting to chat with my colleagues in our "water cooler" chat and learn more about them as humans!

Managing my team, they are a bright group of people and my fellow managers. The latter group is very much on the same page for most things and if not, our feedback and discussion is professional, respectful, and very productive!!
