Overall GR0 is better than most agencies. Client load can be a little hectic which may lead to a higher churn. The remote culture is unmatchable. Most days are great, but there are long days a few times a week. Continue to prioritize balance, otherwise, the culture will change.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the retainer bonus plan. This makes me feel more engaged with my clients & able to have "skin in the game"
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy the personalities we bring to the table. One thing I do like about the company is the individuals that work here. Without them, GR0 would feel different.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fast enjoy and the work hard, play hard, mentality here. The leadership team has been helpful in establishing that culture, but also supporting us when times get tough with clients.
What makes you most happy at work?
When a client is happy. It makes the job a little easier when they are not complaining. I also like to overcome challenges. The task load is usually high day to day. When I accomplish everything I set out to do I feel the happiest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part of the culture is the willingness to help. We are all remote, but we truly feel like a team. This is great. I also feel like I can depend on people here - which is surprising since I haven't met 99% of the company in person.
