One person in particular is always available for questions. Accessibility to collaborate is really important!
What makes you most happy at work?
the challenge. there is always something challenging gi g in my day - and always something new to learn.

the best part are the stock options. I would like to see the ability to exercise more option purchases.

we are a true unit. most of us help eachother. but there is some dead weight. eventually that will come to light.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seems like there is always something new to learn and that what we offer our customers has so many applications, many of which we are still realizing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont think we have much culture at all. there has been no investment in getting is to know eachother. no teambuilding exercises. no meetings... just work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my managers are always available and do care about not only my projects, but me as a person. there is, however, a problem with inter department communication. this has been, and continues to be an issue.
