Mr. Julien R. Mininberg has been the Chief Executive Officer of Helen of Troy Limited since March 1, 2014. He has also been a significant part of the integration of past acquisitions and has been active in the Company's SEC reporting and governance processes. He also focused on bringing new tools and capabilities to the market-facing finance managers in each business unit, while providing continuity of leadership and oversight in corporate finance functions. Mr. Grass has over 13 years of previous experience in public accounting and financial leadership roles.

Mr. Coudray's responsibilities include managing Kaz's global marketing and new product strategies, strategic relationships and overall brand stewardship. He joined Kaz after more than two decades of growth-oriented diverse and impressive service all over the globe for Gillette and then Procter & Gamble. He has worked in brand management and product development with world class brands like Gillette, Braun and Oral-B while living in markets like France, the UK, Germany and the US. Mr. Coudray completed his Business/Marketing degree from the Rene Descartes Paris V University Sorbonne in Paris, France.
