Mr. Julien R. Mininberg has been the Chief Executive Officer of Helen of Troy Limited since March 1, 2014. Mr. Mininberg served as the President of Kaz, Incorporated since 2007 and as its Chief Executive Officer from December 2010 to March 01, 2014. He was with Kaz since 2006. He served as Executive Vice President, Global General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer of Kaz, Incorporated. Prior to Kaz, he spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble, where he worked in general management and marketing. In the US, he focused on Marketing in P&G's Healthcare division for products such as Vicks, Pepto Bismol and Metamucil. In Latin America, he led the P&G's cleaning products division and later managed P&G Central America. He has been a Director of Helen of Troy Limited since March 25, 2014. Mr. Mininberg earned his Bachelor's degree and MBA from Yale University.

Mr. Brian L. Grass has been the Chief Financial Officer of Helen of Troy Limited since May 1, 2014 and as its Principal Accounting Officer since August 14, 2017. Mr. Grass served as an Assistant Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Helen of Troy Limited from July 2006 to May 1, 2014. He has been a primary engine, managing the Helen of Troy's finance functions during a period of dramatic growth. He has also been a significant part of the integration of past acquisitions and has been active in the Company's SEC reporting and governance processes. Mr. Grass oversees the global accounting, SEC reporting, tax, treasury, credit & collection and internal reporting functions. He also focused on bringing new tools and capabilities to the market-facing finance managers in each business unit, while providing continuity of leadership and oversight in corporate finance functions. Mr. Grass has over 13 years of previous experience in public accounting and financial leadership roles.

Mr. Christophe Coudray has been Global Chief Marketing Officer of New Product Development-Asia and Pacific of Kaz Inc. since joining in October 2007. Mr. Coudray's responsibilities include managing Kaz's global marketing and new product strategies, strategic relationships and overall brand stewardship. He joined Kaz after more than two decades of growth-oriented diverse and impressive service all over the globe for Gillette and then Procter & Gamble. He has worked in brand management and product development with world class brands like Gillette, Braun and Oral-B while living in markets like France, the UK, Germany and the US. Mr. Coudray completed his Business/Marketing degree from the Rene Descartes Paris V University Sorbonne in Paris, France.
