Mr. Eric M. Teegarden has been Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of Hillenbrand, Inc. since July 20, 2015. Mr. Teegarden served at General Electric Company (GE), where he served in a variety of financial roles since 2007. Mr. Teegarden served as Global Controller of Supply Chain and Engineering for GE Aviation since 2014. He served as Global Controller of GE Aviation's Military Systems Operations and as Controller of U.S. Appliance Operations for GE Home and Business. He has Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Transylvania University and his Masters of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Kimberly K. Ryan, also known as Kim, has been the President of Coperion GmbH since September 2015. Ms. Ryan has been Senior Vice President at Hillenbrand, Inc. since April 4, 2011. She served as the President of Batesville Casket Company, Inc., a subsidiary of Hillenbrand, Inc. since April 2011 until April 2015. Ms. Ryan served as a Senior Vice President of Hillenbrand, Inc. since April 4, 2011. She served as the Senior Vice President of Post-Acute-Care North America and Information Technology at Hill-Rom Canada Ltd. since October 1, 2006. Her varied executive assignments at Batesville and her outstanding success in leading a fast-growing segment of Hill-Rom's business have helped prepare her for this very significant opportunity. Ms. Ryan served as the Senior Vice President of North America Post-Acute Care of Hill-Rom Holdings Inc. since October 1, 2006. She served as General Manager of Hill-Rom's post-acute care division. Ms. Ryan served as the Senior Vice President of North America Post-Acute Care and Information Technology of Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. since October 1, 2006, Vice President of Information Technology and office of Program Leadership from July 14, 2005 to October 2007, Vice President of Shared Services since August 5, 2003 and Vice President of Corporate Services from September 10, 2003 to July 14, 2005. She was responsible for directing Hillenbrand Industries Inc.'s Information Technology Infrastructure, Travel Services, Administrative Services, Graphic Communications, Aviation Operations and Customer Visitation Guest Facilities. Ms. Ryan joined Batesville Casket Company's finance organization in 1989 and has subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility in Finance, Planning, Operations and Logistics and Information Technology. Ms. Ryan was the Principal Architect of regional distribution center network of Batesville Casket and served as Director and Project Leader of its Enterprise Resource Planning project. Ms. Ryan served as Vice President of Business Information Systems for Batesville Casket Company from August 2001 to August 2003 and Director, Enterprise Systems from January 2000 to August 2001. Ms. Ryan has been an Independent Director of Kimball International, Inc. since February 18, 2014. Ms. Ryan holds BBA in Accounting from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business.

Mr. Christopher H. Trainor, also known as Chris, has been the Senior Vice President of Hillenbrand, Inc. since December 2015. Mr. Trainor has been the President of Batesville Services, Inc. since September 15, 2015 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to September 15, 2015. He served as Chief Administrative Officer of Batesville Services, Inc. Prior to joining Batesville, Mr. Trainor spent 17 years with Kraft Foods where he held a variety of finance roles in both the United States and the United Kingdom. He serves on several boards including the Funeral Service Foundation, ICCFA Education Foundation, and Mary Margaret Health Foundation. He obtained his MBA from the University of Liverpool, England.
