What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company makes record money while its employees lose money. Management thinks they can sell their way out of a problem. Their revamped product is just a coat of paint on the same product. Management gaslights employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has openly admit they undervalue their employees and only raised their base to industry average after the CFO at the time "found out" how drastically underpaid everyone was and after the org realized that people were rejecting their job offers due to the low pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to get better at aligning teams and realizing that customer success is the long-term driver of growth and net revenue. You can't keep expanding a sales team to sell a broken product on fake promises which burden your success team just keeping them within their 1-year term.
