The people are wonderful to work with. The down side is if you are not a front line nurse, medical provider or IT, the tools and resources allowing one to perform work is not readily accessible. It would be much easier to provide lap tops with docking stations to take with you.

Being able to help an employee through complex matters and put them at ease.

My leader is open minded. She encourages me daily. She acknowledges and appreciates the work that is completed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work with are very hard workers. The have experience and knowledge and a drive for providing service internally and externally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is based more on what is determined internally vs the State of Michigan's compensation for the same and similar roles. There is a minimum of a 10K difference.
