base pay was reasonable I was underwhelmed by the bonus structure payout.
Have loved my first year so far! Lots of ups and downs, learning and mastering new skills (as I was fairly new to design and design thinking), navigating a large corporate ecosystem can be (first team over 50 for me!), and lots of understanding the good we want in the world.
Thoughtful, aware, present, and they try to authentically live the mission, purpose and values while doing the best design they can.
Great thinkers, great designers, great team projects.. great camaraderie
